Election Reform & Fair Multi-Party Elections
As in 2000, the outcomes of the November 2002 elections re-emphasize the need for a voting system that properly tallies voters' wishes when more than two parties or candidates are on the ballot, rather than the current plurality system that allows someone to win with less than a majority of the vote. Instant Runoff Voting (IRV) solves this problem and gets rid of any "spoiler" issue.
